I am having hair trouble now that my hair is soooo much longer. its a dillema!!! To cut or not to cut? If i cut means it would be easier to style but i cant do me dream hairstyle! how how how?

I kinda like the zac efron style but ying pign thinks the fringe is too long. yea, i think so too. This is nice, but not messy enough This one not bad but its too over long?
